10 chef at NH Collection Venezia Murano Villa

Degustando, the itinerant gastronomic street-food of the great chefs, arrives in Murano for an edition under the banner of great cuisine.

10 Chefs will meet on Tuesday 13 June at the NH Collection Venezia Murano Villa (Fondamenta Andrea Navagero, 29, 30141 Venice) at 7.30 p.m. to prepare 10 gourmet dishes, which you will be able to taste together with great wines, excellent local gastronomic specialities and cocktails.

The evening will be accompanied by Samuel's DJ Set (from Subsonica)

  • Cascinale nuovo Asti* – chef: Walter Ferretto 
    with: Rice Acquerello with Saffron and Spicy Chanterelle
  • Cannavacciulo Bistrot* – chef: Emin Haziri 
    with: Chocolate, hazelnut and almonds
  • Le Beccherie Treviso – chef: Manuel Gobbo & Beatrice Simonetti
    with: Tortello zero
    peppers, liquorice and smoked eel.
  • Il Giardino Segreto – chef: Umberto Ungaro
    with: Bellini-style prawns
  • Arman Treviso – chef: Gabriele Alloni 
    with: Pappa e baccalà
    durum wheat bread, San Marzano tomato, basil, salt cod, salted caper and lemon crumble, extra virgin olive oil.
  • Garibaldi Bassano – chef: Danilo Fraccaro
    with: Savoury meat tartare with vegetables
  • Razzo torino – chef: Niccolò Giugni
    with: Tagliolini with scallop, ginger and lemongrass
  • Radici Padova – chef: Andrea Valentinetti
    with: Chicken burger
  • Ristorante La Locanda di Piero – chef: Renato Rizzardi
    with: Tartar of Valdastico salmon trout
    smoked with herbs, with vegetable couscous, wasabi quark and radish sprouts.
  • Ristorante De Majo – Chef: Denis Begiqi
    with: Cuttlefish noodles with potato mousse and black sauce
