THREE FLOORS & 3 BEDROOMS
The FILIGRANA House is a very bright little house in a local condo with modern and sophisticated furnishings but divided into three floors. For this reason, it's a good solution to guaranteed comfort for all. On the ground floor is a spacious living room with one sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a fully equipped kitchen. Going up to the second floor, you will find two comfortable double bedrooms equipped with every comfort and another bathroom. Last but not least, on the top floor there is an exclusive attic with two single beds open onto one of the two double bedrooms.
THE OUTDOOR COURTYARD
The surprises of the apartment, however, do not end there, the house also has an outdoor courtyard equipped with table and chairs where you can spend quiet moments outdoors. The perfect place to relax after a long day exploring the lagoon.
QUIET AND CENTRAL LOCATION
The area is great to reach all the lagoon island's, services and the main attractions of the city. The location allows guests total immersion in the local life. Despite being a rather tourist destination, this island has a quieter atmosphere than Venice but may offers various activities suitable for all ages. Venice is anyway easily reachable in several ways, but usually guests spend the day on the Serenissima and then take refuge back in Murano. Choosing to stay in this little pearl of the lagoon is the classic alternative than hustle and bustle of the tourist center.
Reach Venice tourist center is easy and fast by 15minutes boat ride.
